FAQ’s
-
Our relationship with our members and their families and the ease of access to our providers are what sets us apart from other practices.
In a traditional primary care practice, a physician may care for a few thousand patients. In our concierge practice, our membership-based model allows us to limit the number of patients.
We get to know our members and their healthcare goals through unhurried visits. We respond quickly to their needs, guide them through the healthcare system, coordinate their care with specialists, and advocate for them along the way.
-

Yes. For your convenience, our providers can draw your labs at our office. We can also coordinate mobile phlebotomy services, if needed. The lab draw and analysis fees would be billable through your insurance or via self-pay.
-
We maintain a network of trusted specialists to whom we refer our patients. Dr. Russinoff carefully evaluates each specialist and exclusively refers his patients to the most esteemed physicians within the community. We will manage your care in collaboration with the specialist, which includes scheduling appointments, communicating with their office regarding your treatment plan, and advocating on your behalf to ensure you receive quality care.
-
Our practice is in-network with Medicare. We are out-of- network with other insurers. This means office visits and services (other than your annual wellness visit) will be billed through your out-of-network benefits for your insurance plan.
Medicare does not cover the membership fee, and it is unlikely that your private insurance will cover the membership fee. Since individual insurance plans vary, we suggest inquiring with your plan administrator.
Our services may qualify for reimbursement by your Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account. We recommend you consult with your benefits administrator.
-
We love caring for the entire family. We require that at least one parent or guardian be a current member while we’re caring for your child. Please note that we do not stock pediatric vaccines and we do not take the place of your child’s pediatrician.
-
We will work closely with you and the team caring for you during your hospital stay. We can help ask the right questions, anticipate the next steps, and advocate on your behalf. If you are admitted to Good Samaritan Hospital, we will visit you during your hospital stay, help coordinate your care, and can facilitate nursing assistance to ease your transition home.
-
Even while traveling, domestically or abroad, you'll maintain seamless access to your dedicated care team. We ensure peace of mind by coordinating treatment through an extensive network of healthcare professionals, including finding local pharmacies and offering telemedicine services. Necessary medications can also be prepared before a trip, upon request.
-
Russinoff Concierge will always have another provider from our practice available for any and all services should the need arise. We work collaboratively as a team so your medical needs will always be met promptly.
-
We believe true primary care hinges on close, personal relationships. Our commitment to developing lifelong connections with members and offering personalized care drives our success, leading to both member satisfaction and professional fulfillment. Consequently, we do not provide one-time, fee-for-service medical care.
-
We like to meet new prospective patients to ensure our goals and health priorities are aligned before a patient becomes a member of our practice. If you are interested in joining the practice, please call to set up a consultation with Dr. Russinoff and his team.
