Does your practice accept insurance?

Our practice is in-network with Medicare. We are out-of- network with other insurers. This means visits will be billed through your out of network benefits and in line with your out of network plan.

Is there a cost affiliated with being a part of the practice?

Yes, we are a private concierge practice. There is an annual fee required to be a patient in the practice. The fee is based on age. The annual fee allows us to spend more time with patients and to keep the practice size small.

Do you offer same day appointments?

In general, yes we are available Monday – Friday 9am -5pm. We offer same day or next day appointments depending on the patients and providers availability.

How do I communicate with the office and staff?

We kindly request that patients contact the front office at (561)820-8580 during regular business hours. For emergencies you can reach the Dr. Russinoff or one of his nurse practitioners after hours. Patients can also email clinical@russinoffconcierge.com for refills or clinical questions. We also utilize the ATHENA Portal for communication.

Are you taking new patients?

We like to meet new perspective patients to ensure our goals and health priorities are aligned prior to establishing a patient in the practice. Patients who are interested in joining the practice can call to set up a Meet and Greet with Dr. Russinoff and his team.
